I’m someone who loves building systems that make complex things simple especially when it comes to U.S. taxation and compliance for global founders.
I started my journey by helping a few friends form their U.S. companies and file taxes. What began as a small favor quickly turned into a global consultancy. Over time, I built Startup Consultancy, a platform dedicated to helping Non-U.S. founders establish, operate, and stay compliant with their U.S. businesses.
Since then, I’ve worked with 1,500+ founders from more than 25 countries, guiding them through LLC formations, EIN/ITIN processes, tax filings, penalty abatements, and ongoing compliance. Along the way, my team and I have helped clients save over $25,000 in IRS penalties and build stronger, legitimate U.S. entities.
I’ve spent the last few years studying real-world tax cases, designing filing frameworks, and simplifying IRS concepts that most people overcomplicate. Everything I teach and share comes from experience, not theory.
